I'm a senior full-stack software developer who enjoys building software that's fast, scalable, and easy to maintain. My work ranges from architecting backend services and APIs to developing intuitive user interfaces and the internal systems that power day-to-day operations.
Currently, I build and maintain PetVM, a large custom ecommerce platform for the veterinary industry. My responsibilities span feature development, performance optimization, system architecture, cloud infrastructure, and business automation across the entire application stack.
Backend architecture is where I'm strongest — designing data models, services, and the sort of condition-heavy business logic that tax, payments, and prescriptions demand — but I'm equally comfortable across the stack with Vue, React, and Next on the frontend, and Redis, queues, Docker, Nginx, and CI/CD on the infrastructure side. I've delivered everything from ecommerce platforms and CRMs to workflow automation, and I enjoy solving complex engineering problems and building software that scales with the business.

Maintain and extend a pet-medicine ecommerce platform, shipping features and fixes across a PrestaShop storefront and a Django and React admin panel. Built a Clinic Hub where customers submit prescriptions for partner clinics to verify, led a migration to TaxCloud that took the system from California-only collection to condition-heavy nationwide US tax coverage, and keep payments, subscriptions, integrations, and the cloud infrastructure running day to day.

Helped build and ship Zoomdash, a SaaS analytics platform for Zoom call centers, on a React frontend and a FastAPI backend split across microservices. Delivered live call monitoring for tracking active, inactive, and away agents, real-time queue analytics that route calls to available agents to cut missed and abandoned calls, SMS conversation tracking, and searchable call-recording logs — with the live dashboard driven by Zoom webhook and socket data streamed over Pusher.

Lead developer for the business-listing marketplace and the internal systems the company runs on. Cut page load from around nine seconds to under one, passing Core Web Vitals, and rewrote legacy services into modern, faster versions — work that lifted organic rankings from the third-to-fifth page up to the first two. Rebuilt the management portal from an unmaintainable core-PHP codebase into a clean one with stronger authorization and a reworked UI, extended the CRM throughout, and built supporting microservices including a bulk uploader that lets brokers and franchisors update many listings at once.
